Jalan Bunga Rampai’s GLS site has drawn nine offers with Wee Hur’s development at its peak of $93.39 million. This means $885 psf ppr. Followed by an offer of $80.1 million from Sim Lian Property.

“When financial investment for purchasing and developing this platform is smaller, this tender has drawn comparatively large amounts of offers, Mak said. In addition, rivalry intensity may be controlled. Six years have passed after the previous GLS is sold in the neighborhood of Bartley Road.” He applied to the location of the Botanique at the condo at Bartley.

Ong of JLL says: “This tender closing is significant, the first one to be tendered for residential facilities in 2020. Notwithstanding the existing excess stocks, demand in residential assets seems very strong, albeit at careful rates.”
