I was in Hong Kong for a holiday 2 years' ago, my hubby and I went to Tai-O, we saw the round Red Bean Cake being sold there. It is a small round bowl shape red bean cake with a stick to hold it for eating... really nice!
I still crave it till today. Then I found this recipe on the net, really really wonderful...

It's a stormy morning, but luckily the sun's out soon after that.
I saw a lovely book at Popular Bookstore about making mooncakes such as Baked Skin / Snow Skin and even jelly mooncakes. The book is retailing at $9.90, but I did not get it for myself. I am still thinking whether I would purchase it only to chank it aside at home, or would I really explore the book to try my hand at making some of the mooncakes.
