Fire safety hazards at carparks:-
recently there was a fire at Peoples Park Complex due to unauthorised use of carpark space. is there any such unauthorise usage at Parc condo? there are lots of things stored in the carparks. |

Dear Brothers and Sisters of Parc Condo,
I don't know if you are affected but my unit has sanitary pipes encroaching into the maid's toilet no different from HDB flats in the 90s!!!!
Please check your respective units as the developer had screwed up. The plans the presented to us in the sales brochure did not show these pipes!
Sanitary pipes in all the other toilets are concealed hence we feel that we should not suffer loss of use and unsightlyness of having sanitary pipes within the area that we paid for.
Please write to the developer the same if you suffer loss of use of the area you paid for.
Just sharing my sufferings with you all.
