Hi, for the 1292sq feet unit, what is the length of the wall of living room? ie. The wall just outside the master bedroom. Wondering if a 2.6m sofa is too big for the living room. Thks |

Would support the issues brought up on earlier forum discussion, eg. may be traffic congestion in/out west coast walk, condo compound security and intercom set not equipped with CCTV, given planter but no ready water supply design, etc.

Found this online...
This morning on URA, appeared another record high of $1,135 psf, even for a very large floor area unit of The Parc Condo.
Wow the quantum is a whopping $2.76Million !
These should continue to support and boost up the the bank valuations for The Parc Condo and most properties in west coast/clementi D5 area...

I think likely the sales is being close 1 to 2 month before cavert is log into URA website. So the owner may not know about the new government measure at that point of time in exercising the option to purchase. |

No lah.... the date shown is normally the date the OTP is issued,
The OTP is issued in Sept, after gov measures.
What you were saying is that 2-3 months later, you might see other caveats appearing in URA only Dec 2010,
But the dates of those caveats will still be dated Sept, just that the owner/bank choose to file to URA 3 months later, upon completion of S&P, but the date required for filing is still the original OTP date.
Others filed upon OTP execution, so you see the caveats appearing 2 weeks later on URA, but still dated with a date 2 weeks earlier, i.e. original OTP date.
and in case anyone missed this,
