HDB had launched a Build-To-Order exercise for Telok Blangah Towers - an integrated development with 400 flats, comprising of 90 Studio Apartments, 100 units of 3-room and 210 units of 4-room Premium flats in Oct 2007. The ballot exercise for this site is over and had received overwhelming applications.

Its location is at the junction of Telok Blangah Street 31 and Telok Blangah Drive.

What’s upcoming nearby i.e. MRT stations at Labrador Park and Telok Blangah on the Circle Line as well as direct services to Central Business District really appeals to most people working there. In addition, it’s near VivoCity and Mount Faber.

Here’s the expected seaview and greenery that the future residents will enjoy! Red arrow indicates the location.

Wow, owners of the flats facing the sea, could be relieved to see the Keppel Club in front of them, so there won't be developments of high-rise buildings. Good Location! I think flat prices must surely be on the high side,

the greenery and seaview is better than city view @ boon keng.
and the price is even better ! only 1/3 of reflections or lower.

someone was saying in another forum that Keppel Golf Club lease could be up soon and it may become another high-rise private residential plot. Wonder if the masterplan 2008 would confirm that?

wah, then if it becomes another high-rise private residential plot, the residents of Telok Blangah Towers will not be happy about it. Block their sea view. :(

Hoarding has not completed. The piling machines are onsite as of today.
