KIM TIAN GREEN is the name given to the new flats meant for SERS residents from Blks 17 to 19 & 22 to 31 Silat Walk/ Kampong Bahru Hill/ Silat Rd, & Blks 94 and 96 Henderson Road.

I expect the prices set an all new benchmark and exceed those seen the Oct 2009 balloting exercise seen for Pinnacle @ Duxton.
Prices will be determined by the recent transacted prices of flats in the vicinity, minus $30K govt grant.
I am not sure of the exact TOP date, but judging from the development, TOP is expected to be in 2012, by then prices are expected to rise through the roof and be at record highs.
I expect these BTO 4 room flats to be sold by HDB for at least $500K, and the 5 room flats at above $600K, in 2012.

Was around the area last evening, trotted up to 16th floor of Blk 22 Beo Cres. Apologies for the sub-par quality from an old camera fone long overdue for replacement  Meanwhile, for those anxiously waiting for the completion of their SERs flat or ... eagerly awaiting for Q no. of 2009oct SBF... a quick update for ya 
5 storey MSCP
MSCP + "corner" of Blk 58 at the back
Blk 58 @ the back Blk 52 in front (if the tags are any indication, its almost half done @ 18th floor completed)
The "spacious" 2sqm bay window of extra "floor" area
Blk 53 MBR gettting a "grand-stand" view of Blk 54 a/c ledge.. maybe even the service yard, so trash all ideas of hanky-panky there |

I got 440+/395. first time applicant, MCPS, second time balloting...really disappointed. |

I think at the end of the day, demand far exceeds supply, and HDB cannot please everyyone.
But it is heartening to get the reassurance from Singapore's National Development Minister Mah Bow Tan that a whopping 80% of 1st timers get their flats within 2 tries!
I am sure many of you here fall into this 80% category.
