ask all the experts here....what area to take note for checking defects?

papapro... welcom... basically all areas... skirtin, parquet floorin, any crack on d wall, tiles got pop up... any damage to d bomb shelter door etc etc... there're mani things to check bt some nitty gritty minor defect can be taken care by ID....

I would suggest that you wipe your floor to check for checks... Initially when I went up to my unit aft collecting the keys... the floor seems ok... but aft wipping... saw a no. of stains in the living room and a crack tile too... There were some minor scratches on the parquet flooring too... You might want to check the lock to the doors too... and if the window panels can slide smoothly etc...

depends on ur budget papapro... bt all ID or contractor have d same issue, attitude n followup... its everi wher d same... except pricing :p

If citigas refuses to instal, i guess we hv to look for multipoint water heater.
so, where should i get Benington or Rega water heater? how much do they cost? do they include installation?

hmm perhaps they realize the thing had a flaw, one they would not have ever known if P@D residents didnt purchase it.
