double GST rebates, to be paid out 1 Mar 09 -- hmm dunno how much this works out to be
S&C rebates for flats
rental rebates for rental flats
20% income tax rebate for yA 2009, capped at $2k (sigh why always cap)
40% property tax rebate for owner occupied properties (yay!)
remove NAV for multiple property owners (wad is this??)

Since I've downgraded to HDB 4-room, I will get more this yr. Btw, I realised that with the generous U-save electricity rebate, my bill is nearly halved each mth. Living in HDB is really quite good.
