Bus interchg is cfm temporary, it will be moved to below shopping mall in Watertown, I think, like AMK hub. See http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punggol_Bus_Interchange

I heard the preview is just a agent marketing tactic to get buyers down so agents can convince them to register for the actual developer preview. So other than what you could currently find online, don't expect too much info. Showflat is almost done up on actual site so I guess developer won't be moving the model to hotel...logistically too troublesome.

there's a property seminar this coming weekend at HDB Hub on Parc Centros. maybe take this extra time to better understand the market before committing.

i think 14 or 21 Jul makes a difference.
15 Jul is the date when URA releases its sales data for Jun. the buying sentiment following the news (either positive or negative) can be affected somewhat...
but maybe WH has a simpler reason - the model cannot be completed in time? hahaha

Pricing seems to be on the upside as compared to the other 2 new launches in Punggol.

The price of 1bedder is from 550k up, meaning to say at 1187psf? I think 8@riversuites is more attractive in terms of location

Actually it is. Not much people also.. I was there last night. Contemplating which project to go for in Punggol . But meanwhile the pricing though factor in near to MRT, it doesn't affect me as I drive.

You may be driving, but potential buyers or renters of your unit may not. So buying a unit next to MRT has its benefits, driving or not.
