1 bedder starts at 1163psf, 3 bedder starts at 888psf
obviously it is not discount issue, 1 bedder is a terrible choice

These days the trend is not 1-bedroom anymore, govt trying to discourage shoebox units..... Think 2-bedroom is a better choice for investment
- better yield
- easier to rent out (wider range of tenants)
- easier to sell in the future
- better potential upside in the future |
