I saw the floor plan

This development has 5 bedroom Condo !!!

Wow

I dont recall any condo with 5 bedroom. Usually after 4 bedder would be Penthouse

on closer look, 5bd kitchen and yard seems a little small considering the no. of pple living there.
for 5 bd i presume should be family with children - heavy cooking and washing expected

4bd looks good. the 3bd shown does not have yard or utitlity room...
No bay windows.

i prefer 4bd as well. Any idea regarding the psf?

I have 2 ideas (if i buy the 5 bedders)

1) Combined bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 by knocking the wall in the middle (if allowed), and turn it into the 3rd masterbedroom

2) Knock off the wall for bedroom 3 facing the living room and it will be mydining hall (and i will have a TV there by e wall) , and i can further expand my living hall area.

Dont suppose will have the need of 5 bedrooms, but would definately appreciate the extra living space as new condos now are so tiny and we are paying so much for non-livible space like balcony/pes etc

2 bedded B2 model looks 90% like Austville EC 2 bedded, only the kitchen n ledge looks diff, n also this one no ultility.
4 bedded have the best layout, 128sqm = 1376sqft, if base on ATT price of 900psf then it will cost $1.24m.

Agree with terrynfs. Some more that is the starting price, it would be higher if we look at Type A2P.

the 1 bedder price is like the price at 8 river suites... doesnt kinda make sense.. =\

How much is the disc for VVIP launch, any HDB Upgrader disc, Vicinity disc or stamp duty rebate?

im sure will have vvip disc.. worth checking out the 3 bedder...

and if the 3 bedder is b4 discount.. then its super gd buy.. :-S

3br is a good catch....standard only start fr $881psf. If we assume highest being $995k for 3br std, it's only $997psf....less than $1000psf
3br premium starts fr only $866psf......super good buy!! 4br starts fr $1.22m, let's assume if most exp 3br premium is $1.2m, it's only $1028psf!!
