Mmm ..... wonder if Wee Hur did a thorough market research about the name ... that Parc Centros is similar to Park Central.

If I was taking a taxi to Parc Centros, I will say Park Centros at Punggol Central to avoid the confusion!

There are too many condos these days....don't think Taxi Uncle can remember them all. Better to say the road name and direct him there when approaching

Or otherwise give them the postal code for the GPS....hahahaha

Taxi uncle may have been to AMK P.Central b4 so they may tho that's the one as its been there since 2011.
If someone invite house warming n watsapps incomplete by missing AMK/Punggol or mixup tros/tral then think the poor friend will have hard time hunting around.
U know lah these days ppl made alot of honest mistake...

Revised Parc Centros floor plan just came out from Wee Hur..pls email aliceyeolt@gmail.com if you would like a copy. Thanks.

Property near MRT has the advantages below:

++ more resilient to price change during economy downturn

++ price accelerates faster during good times/ recovery

++ future buyers are willing to pay a premium for units near MRT (http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/property-management-news/2009/8/21562/homes-near-mrt-stations-on-right-track)

++ Easier to rent out if it is an investment property (be it now or future), especially true if there also many other condos in the same estate

that makes ATT a better buy? Nearer to Waterway Point and further from Bus Interchange. Approx same dist to MRT.

apparently there are 6 diff types of 3bd..the one shown is the smallest of all.
the bigger ones should have yard and utility room...
