hmm..if water is popular, why not wind? breeze something? (sounds like detergent)... fengshui is wind and water ya?

wau... easy to remember and def will stand out from the rest.
think the 5 rooms wil be grabed as there is only 1 stack... of course, the price must be right...
the agent told us the indicative price average is from 950 psf.. for 4 rooms and above should be from 900 psf onwards...
so for 5 rooms, 1700 X 900 psf = 1.5 mil !!!!  |

Haha the names suggested are so cute and innovative! If to do with road name... I don`t think will be related to water haha! Maybe something more down-to-earth haha! Btw, the long kang one is really funny! |

Yes, the name is Parc Centros. Guess they wanted to put a name ("Centros") to indicate that the condo is along Punggol Central.

Hence, I think the meaning is probably as below:
Parc Centros = Central Park
