Agree :) The moderators here are "on the ball" - kudos to them - unlike in some of the other forums where the moderators are "asleep" !!!

Buying property is personal, when talk about $, comparing of investment or diff of developments forumers may get sensitive, nusty n personal.
Whether is EC or PC, as long as for own stay the discussion should be more friendlier.
Its good to hear from happy buyer comments than hearing from those miss the flight guy keep complaining.

Things that happen in the 'other' forum don't happen in this forum because the admins /moderators here are vigilant and "on the ball" - for example they will remove members from this forum if they are advertising their products/services here. They will strictly enforce the Do's and Don'ts in this forum.

But in the other forum, its like the wild wild west - the admins / moderators there are not doing anything (i.e. BO CHAP!). Some of us have written to the admins / moderators but there is absolutely no response from them !!!
