However, I must say I love teh 4bedroom unit with the spacious yard and also the extra study area!

Just, u have visited many showflat huh...seasoned house hunter....never been to PV cos not keen to stay at the same spot 30 years ago...my childhood flat  was torn down to make way for PV and Hougang Dewcourt (BTO) now ...

No lah.... I not seasoned house hunter lah.
Just that I happened to drive pass then drop by lor.
We will also never consider that cos my hubby still prefers SK area.... Easier for my kids and both our parents stays at SK mah.

P1 this year... And younger boy going there in 2yrs time.

My in laws still stays there but never consider PV at all...
