Hi patkuah & pikpik! Welcome to this space... Pop by often in future ya. Oh yes, pls could you identify which stacks you are in so we could update the list? The rate this is going, hopefully we can do bulk purchase for furniture etc when PV TOP! excited already!

Wow... I simply love stack 28, that's our 1st choice but was sold out and left with low floors when we decide... sob sob...
twinjet, we are "removing" the 4th wc in our unit as we dont need it. :)

If possible change
1) the window facing for room 1 to face aircon . else half here and there i plan to install the window for the sevice balcony .
2) air con facing in master bed room dun like the aircon like show room.
the rest ok la.

hmm, I heard that if it affects exterior most likely cannot change, so not sure if your window facing can change or not... interior aircon unit in rooms should be ok bah...
We are hopeing to remove the 4th WC in the back balcony... too many toilets... in fact, I am thinking if I should also remove the whole toilet in the junior suite... :) |

PV Excit: Yes... 4 toilets are really abit too much. For me, I was even hoping to remove the 3rd toilet too.
Really excited to see the foundation done (hopefully I do not need to wait too long)..... and the stacks coming up....
Anyone has any idea when it will target to complete? |

Ya lor, make room for more storage space... :)
If you take a close look at the pics contributed by starystarynight, I remember it states Q42014... so if we are lucky, we may get our keys in July 2014.... hahaha... am I day dreaming? that's only 2.5 years from now... |

Windows placement most likely cannot change cos it will affect their exterior look, but no harm asking right? If you succeed, let me know, I also want... :) |

hi guys!
for us we've just requested for very minor modifications like placement of switches eg switching the TV point to the inset wall (we saw the TV point next to sofa in the 3 bedder showflat.. which doesnt quite fit what we're looking for)... other things we considered - but didnt proceed with, was to not have closet in master bedroom and to seal up the door adjoining masterbedroom to back balcony. We were toying with making that area a walk-in wardrobe. Anyway havent heard from Simlian. will keep you guys in the loop if we do.

Yes, I did, a 18 min walk for me, maybe of my short legs + heels... Lol. Too far, doubt I'll walk. But like the quietness & calmness there.

Wow pv hope Ura/hdb does factor that in. Update if u hear frm them ya. I suppose it's a little early to request now but hope the road access to pv frm ave 7 punggol side gets easier. Currently need to make u turn back cus can only drive frm tampines road side.
So what made u guys decide on this development? Sounds like we're all in it as occupants not investors ya
HDB REPLIED !!! Never expect they will. But damned funny.... One of my point is to plead for more devlopemnts e.g. retail or MRT development at the remaining reserve site at the old market, and they replied to say Parc Vera and Dew Court will inject new life into that area... Lol hahaha....
But they mentioned they are still considering the kind of development at the reserve site at old market and will take my suggestion into consideration, not sure if they are paying lip service but hope they will really do so.... :)
My hubby said I very naive, but he also said he's impressed with the results I can obtain when I do certain things which he thought its impossible.... Lol hope this will be one of them... Naive again! Hahahaha |
