hm... still no idea what to do with my patio yet. But my hubby wants to put outdoor wooden flooring and to make the house resort style. Totally no idea and never think of it now as it's still another 3yrs to go before TOP.

When is PV TOP?

Hi Just, PV TOP is mid 2015 on paper. However, the sales agent said it would be likely by end of 2014. With this kind of fast progressing (seems it took them less than a year to finish the foundation), I guess it could even be sooner than end of 2014. Let us hope for it. Tired with paying monthly rent now.

Regarding to the patio, I thought the developer would provide wooden flooring, no? Forgot to ask them. Thinking to put a dining table there for family breakfast / tea time. Anyway, there is plenty of time to think about it till then.

Hmm... I'm not sure about PV patio flooring but I bought RS and the flooring is not wooden. So guess I will spend $ if want wooden flooring lor.
Yeap, I will be putting outdoor table and chairs for once a whole outdoor makan with family.
