Anyone has any idea how frequent are the lodged caveats updated on ura site?
Do they only update upon the payment of the balance 15%? or update upon receiving the stamp duties and signed S&P?
Please advise.

You read the Sunday Times of the park connector around the whole area in SK and Punggol? I cut it out and laminated it...great to have the connectors just across the road.

I'm still here.... Too hot.. Can't sleep.. Haha

Dunno when they are lodge... My guess is after all 20% paid up and lawyers supposed to lodge them on our behalf...not sure if it's right...
