Heard that the total number of 3bedrms unit in ATT up to date still have about 33 units available. Mostly are the ground floor unit. Anyone have the up to date balance unit to share? Thanks!

According to the caveats logged, still got 52 units unsold. The last transaction is on 29 June for a 95m2 unit.

passed by the location on the proposed market/hawker centre (opposite the buddhist temple) and saw some workers digging up the grounds, seems to be preparing to hoard up the place.

Thanks for the photo. Seems that one year already but the progress is still slow.
Hope don't let the watertown condo catch up with ATT.

Looks like the walls for 1st storey is being erected now. Can also see the stairwell taking shape. :)

Pretty exciting to see the construction going well. The 2 white columns on either side must be the rubbish chutes. The solid brick walls between the rubbish chute and the lift should be the home shelter.
