I have stayed in Sengkang since 10 years ago, and watched it grow also from "wulu" town till today. The value of my house has doubled, and I am equally confident that Punggol will be the same... smirked by others as ulu now, but will definitely transformed into a well sought after town in years to come.

agree with lucky168 considering the fact that so many ec, bto launch there. this year bto launch includes punggol as well, and of course, it is very very popular. Waterway Cascadia was the most popular out of all 7. EC launched at Punggol area are already overwhelming, bto also over suscribed. in a few years time, more developments will be coming, just hope will not be over crowded? Or is it already overcrowded haha

If u take LRT 1 round u can see most of the sites under construction including the whole stretch of BTOs along wateway.

Received the request for 10% progress payment from developer oncompletion of Foundation Works to Blk 70.

In an attached letter, dated 25 July 2012, by Design Link Architect,they have certified completion of foundation works to Blk 58, 60, 70,74and 76.

no one starting any threads on Riversails so I hijack here..

looking at the siteplan, i am comforted that ATT can relinguish the throne for being the most dense developemnt - smaller plot but more than 900 units!
the tennis courts looks like they are kissing the blocks, almost barely can squeeze in. And so many blocks sharing the small pools. Many west facing stacks too

not surprising if the developer Allgreen launched it around 800psf. Why? Bcoz they got the land at real dirt cheap around 290psf some years ago. Given that there are so many units for this development, I believe they will launch at this "low" price to move the numbers. Good for the new buyers, but bad for those who have already bought Austville, Riversound, Boat House, etc...

Terrible location - far away from mrt and mall. And looks really cramped. Don't think it's worth buying.

Some condo units have visitor carpark lots in the open space and visitors are unable to access the resident's basement carpark (guarded by a barrier)
Anyone knows if ATT designed it in this way?
Or do you prefer this way?

ATT is definitely located at a prime location as it's near to MRT and future watertown. But, it will definitely be very crowded and congested when it hits 2017 once it's developed. However, for Riversails, it's not located near any MRT stations and it's not convenient. But, it's definitely more quiet and peaceful as it's near the river and park. Guess it boils down to each requirements. :)
