Yes! My parent's house also facing Luxurie direct. I can see the progress too.
Was thinking of this project but ended I did not madke my purchase at Luxurie. Hehe. :) |

I'm new to this page.. I bought a unit at stack 35..
I wonder how long it usually takes for a private condo to be built?
Someone told me its approx 2 yrs.. Possible?? |

Hmm.. I think it's possible. But normally the TOP is always indicated longer then the possible completion date. |

Thank you for your advice.. It's kind of 'quiet' here.. I Suppose not many buyers go for Luxurie..
Also no adverts or booth at malls set up by developers.. Sometimes I wonder if luxurie really exist.. Haha |

Ya, its quiet and i supposed not everybody is active in forum. But i'm pretty sure that the result for Luxurie is quite good given the good location.

As of end March, the number of units sold is 322 - thats slightly over 50% of the total number of units. There were 48 units sold in Mar. So I would say the sales is slow and steady.
They have been advertising in the Straits Times (usually on a Sat) . |

Usually can expect 1 - 1.5 yrs earlier than TOP date in the SPA. |

quite a few 35s here huh. . . great! :-)
am quite glad to see that 40+ units were sold in march. thought everyone went for watertown and riversound liao,. . . so looks like luxurie still has its appeal huh :-)
I was actually trying to figure out why luxurers are so quite in this forum. 1 reason I though of is that a lotof buyers are for investors , so they will not be interested to discuss about luxurie here. . . (just my personal speculation ). . .
hope I am wrong though, as I would love to catch up with my actual future neighbours here rather than investors. . :-)
