hi im new here, im staying at yishun and have walked a dozen times to view the construction of flat and unfortunately no, i jus receive a letter from hdb on fri about the AHG, haven sign the agreement. my q no was 4++, any idea when will the signing be as i read tht sme alrdy have signed!!! |

Dear Saras, I have received my AHG letter last week and the officer told me to wait for two weeks to receive the letter on the signing of the agreement letter.. So you just give urself two week time if by then no letter then try to contact your officer in charge to check it out.. Jas |

its hard to believe that this BTO has not started construction since the balloting results were released like Sep 2010. almost 10 mths?

Bro, tender just ended beginning of this month and HDB usu takes a month or 2 before they award it out. If the tender goes to a contractor company and not construction one, they have to further sublet it out so now u know why BTO take so long to build and they only realised there is so much red-tape during election time and hence promise to hasten things up.
Just to offer some consolation, Riverwalk which was launched in August last year started construction last mth. So add 3 months (since Greenwalk was launched in Nov) and construction for Greenwalk shd begin in a couple of months =)

fyi , most of the bto which were launched this yr will be ready in 3rd quarter of 2014 for key collection

Dear Neighbours,
I finally got my lease agreement signed yesterday.. And the officer told us that roughly by Sept 2014 can take the key. So happy wor.. Hope they can build faster so we can move into our homes earlier. Now only can wait for the flat being build up.. Hee..

Anyone here still waiting for hdb to sign the agreement to lease and the approval of AHG? I went to HDB to enquire and they ask me to wait. My HLE also expire since 15 July and they said no need to reapply as they have reserve the amount for me |
