there r just next to champion court and is still under construction...
never heard of any BTO of that 3 block... or is it rental flats?
You must be referring to the construction of 2 blocks of 11 storey residential building:

Green: If you look carefully, TOP date is not for Champions Court but for the two blocks of 11-storey residential buildings.
There would be 8 residential blocks for Champions Court as indicated in the brochure.
