The location is a little inconvenient.. And surrounded by 3 schools.

Actually the site is located beside Innova JC and opposite of the site are Woodgrove Primary School and Innova Primary School.

Your kids can become champion if they go to the sport school. i cannot imagine the noise from the schools early in the morning.

Quite ulu location. Can't imagine how long to wait for a feeder bus to interchange!

There's gonna be studio apartments as well.. Wondering if the elderly could stand the noise and students running around the vicinity.

I dun think the elderly will mind as they normally wake up quite early. I think it could be better for them if they can use the sport facilities of these school. Haha that is just my thought.

Vista Point Shopping center nearby.

Causeway Point and Botak Jones about 3 bus stops away.

is it walking distance from causeway point? if yes, 10 mins can? it seems quite near though..

i think the location is still alrite...
not really very ulu...

From what I know, my friends who stay around that area prefer to take bus even though it's just one or two stops away from CWP.

coz it will be abt 15mins walk to MRT/interchange

maybe 20mins or more for champion court..
the price is reasonable or rather cheap..

unless hdb will build hse opp woodlands mrt, if not, no more land for hdb flat future development near his area.

Because the loop service only cost $0.71 (flat fare) and there will be a transfer rebate of $0.40 when you take the MRT.
