Hya stay near Bishan. Actually is walking distance but some ppl lazy to walk two stops also take bus haha. |

If only 2 bus stops should be ok.
Am very bad at gauging distance from maps.

But the stops are not v near each other but i think about 10 to 20 mins will reach. Depends on how u walk

I've tried walking from Bishan MRT to Natura Loft.Took me about 10min to walk. I'm a fast walker. So, add another 10min if u stroll.

wow bro, i m very thankful to yr help! u have been great in providing the photos. I have seen the 3 blocks layout. They are all NS mainly and avoid the nearby blocks. 32 storey n above will have the 5A1 and 5A2 design which has a bay window in the master bedroom. Really nice but itz going to be 680k-740k region as i estimate for the top levels. Those facing the city will see the ferris wheel. Carpark is almost underground on one side.
House design is good but i m worried about Qingjian as they are first timer for DBSS and there r a lot of horror stories in finishing. A particular EC in the North developed by local company had a lot of complaints so I'm not sure how good Qingjian will handle it. They did say this is their pilot so they will do their best. Pricing is est to be same as Boon Keng but bear in mind they only have 1 design n that is the 95sqm and 120sqm. Do your sums at 520psf average. The highest level is gonna be 740k i think. You can get a 99sqm unit at The Quartz (new condo at Buangkok MRT) at that price but location is all that matters isnt it??  |

I somehow find Bishan lacking of wet market. They only have dry market and some of the area only accessible by 1 feeder bus plus the feeder bus service end quite early unlike the other area. Still can't understand why it's priced so high? |

There're more bus services along Marymount Rd. About 5 min walk from Natura Loft.
As for wet market, I believe there's one in the lower blocks at Blk 279, 287 near Bishan North Shopping Mall.
Why priced so high? Prices are released already?

it's not wet market but dry market.Prices can be estimated from the resale price over the region. |

its a nice area. Driving will jam a little in the morn to Marymount Rd or Bishan Road. MRT walk? Nope, take the feeder. The artist impression is nice. It can be that big provided u skip the dinning table. That is the typical 5 room layout it seems. I hope that will price is sensibly as Park Central did 73% upon initial launch. It will still be sold eventually no matter how poor the ballot sales is. Cuz I visited City View today n only 14units left for chinese! |
