Think,
Fengshui shall change in every cycle regardless of when the houses are built accordingly to the 9 Square diagram
Even applying a new coat of paint work,Removal and fixing back of doors shall do the trick to concide to the next period.
,the SW sector being 18 in period 9 shall have Money Luck whereas SE sector shall have desendants luck(continuation of Family-line) 81.
You can refer to the home layout and look at the period 9 for a clear picture. |

Think,
the whole unit west sector is near the DB area whereas the xiao taichi west sector is ooposite to the dining table horizontally.
Only don't face sitting directly the Drand Duke Direction-Tai Shui fang wei (west direction) for next year.
Renovation still can be carry out aft praying to the earth god-wan wu du ritual.(for Buddhism)
If Christianity then, yong wu du ritual.(Just get a piece of raw 3 layer pork and get it rub on all the walls in the unit on cheng ri.) |

The Grand Duke is East 90 degrees this year,hence avoid sitting facing the grand duke or disturbing him by having renovations.
Location in Conflict is West.
- Avoid having renovations done opposite the location in conflict.
Must really choose auspicious date for the renovation in the unit facing east 90 degrees.

The house has its own fate-whether it is Chien\kan\ken\chen\sun\li\kun\tui direction.(East or West category)
Later choose the unit accordingly to the directions.
If the direction of the sector is not good ,then neutralises the ill effect by means of colours,Curtains,mats,etc.
Got to leave for home.

Sorry, I'm new here and not too sure if anyone can enlighten me on the difference between standard BTO and premiun BTO.
I see that Topaz is standard and not too long ago, Anchorvale was classified as premium (right? ), just wondering what it meant.

Premium Price come with tile for the living room and bedroom and skirting and door.While standard exclude that.You need to pay additional if you want that. |

Thanks,Think.Actually photo just taken with my Nokia Phone.Got more photo at my digital camera.shall upload them ,the playground and the front view some time next week.Weekend is coming,need to shop around for furniture,just saw some items and shall compare the prices first before purchases are made.
Actually Me and my wife shall paint the whole house ourselves.Part of hand-on satiafaction and intend to paint some art on the walls of the unit to enhance the fengshui element of the sector. Shall upload the photos later. |
