Hi,Merry Christmas to everyone.For male ,the calculation is to take the last 2 digit of the year you are born,for example 1970,therfore ( 7 + 0 )=7( 1 step ).Then
substract this single digit by 10 ( 10-7 =3 ).For East group personality ,the numbers are either 1 or 3 or 4 or 9 .(1 represent North,3 represnet East,4 represent South-East and lastly 9 represent South.If for Male the birth of year is 1971,then (7+1=8),thereby need to substract by 10, (10-8=2),hence this person belongs to the West group direction which are (2 or 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 ),2 represent Southwest, 6 Northwest,7 west and 8 North-East cateogory.
However for Female calculation,you need to add the single digit to 5.For example 1971,(7+1=8),then (8+5=13,,,=1+3=4).The final result is number 4,which belongs to the East group personality.

Yes,Vincesec.you are right to say that near temple,medical care centre exhibit negative chi,thereby not really an ideal choice.Houses that are sitting on the South part facing the north are a much better choice as the East sun promises a good future ahead( in the 8 house mansion) Li house,that the location of the sheng chi direction.The SE(south-east ) sector represent the Health sector.the South sector represent good relationalship whether it is dealing with friends,etc.Finally the north sector represent the fu wei ( personal development growth).The above only apply to the East group of people (of Element 1,3,,4, and 9).
Unit 71,unit 31,etc suits those whom belongs to the East sector.However the West group people( 2,5,6,,7 and 8 ) suit most facing the west,north-west,north-east and south-west direction. The 4-room units at the #03 and #09 are also excellent choices as well. ( SE Sector on the plot of land).Hopes that helps in your selection of houses.

Good location, diagonally opposite the "WaterFront BTO" which was priced @ premium.

 

Yep, the location seems not bad. It is also quite near to the new Punggol Central.

I shall post a guide on the visual gallery_(Punggol Topaz). the unit is sitting on South facing North ( kitchen) -( Li's House).This holds true when one stands at the doorstep facing out to the common corridor-lift. Also the master-room is on the South-East Side which is a excellent sector with respect to the Li' house.The stove to be placed at the North position whcih symbolises Career advancement which is also another good sector.In terms of 5 elements,(metal produces water,then water produces wood,wood produces fire,fire produces earth,then lastly earth produces metal. the 3 elements( south,north,south-east) is a good combination for water ( North sector) enhances wood(South-East) then enhances the fire(South).Most of the unit is mainly kan's house or Li's House(sitting north facing south or vice versa).

Kindly look out on the Photo gallery for the kan house.

Unit 45 and unit 47 at 259C are East sitting and West facing.dong zhuo cao xi.refer to gallery 259C.This two units missing the either the NW or SW sector.

Hi,maybe a little more,because now are a little free so just spent some time to sharpen my knowledge. yep especially seeming unit 45 provides a lot of money luck for the lady especially in the 9 period ( SW door) for the East sitting House (99).for the period 2017 onwards to 2043.

Hi,Think.It is never to late.sometimes a fresh new coat of paint(colour change ), or reposition of the cupboard is fine.Even when the stove and water path is on the same lattiude is also amendable with placing of a wood article/item in between them.
Well,you can place a png/jpeg layout of your existing unit,then see what we can do sth abt it?

Its never too late to improve the fengshui of your existing house.

GeantLi : My flat will only be ready next year.

Think:well you can start planning now.The colour theme need to accomodate the chi,whether enhance or deplete/weaken it.that really depends on the mountain star and water star(ding cai)of the various sector in the whole house layout.
If possible checking on the plan alone can helps at least to counter check the 4 good directions/sectors and 4 unlucky directions/sectors.
the plan should have been out some time ago.Your new house location address: Blk ? Location?maybe you can scan the layout and let me know on the photo gallery to take a look.sometimes study area and altar atble if any for example if make wall-mounted ,cannot change.
