i went to the site on Sat hoping to take a look at the showflat again but they tore it down already. On our way out, i noticed that the plot of land besides cityview @ Boon Keng, there is a structure which seems to be like a showroom. I'm not sure if the plot of land will be for other developments if so wont the view be blocked drastically?

Do not assume empty land will stay empty esp for the case in Singapore unless it is a park. I have a friend who stay in front of the empty land, enjoying the cold wind coming until she heard that they are building a 40 storey flats in front. Tough luck!

Even parks can be easily demolished. I know some people like to face schools... less likely for schools to be demolished. Plus the fact that schools normally have patch of field and the building is low.

Managed to take a pic of the construction progress while the bus stops. This signifies how $$ make wonders.

Thanks! Looks like it's only a few floors up :)

you may want to go down to city view sales office directly and look at the board for more information of the unsold units. coz last weekend i went there there are still 4-rm flats available.....i guess the showflat will be ready by these few days...perhaps you shall be able to see from the board there....

Pricing is pretty standard nowaday for area in town, if you dun grab it, other people will. I think there will be lesser public housing in town consider the potential returns fr private housing.
