I am applying for the 5rm.
The price diff btwn 4rms (300k+) and 5rms (500k+) is very wide.
Anybody knows why?
Hope we can get our choice flat. =) |

depends on the flat type & floor level la....
1:4 for 5-room now, quite low comparing with other areas, the chance will be high if u r 1st-timer... hopefully...

I dun believe we will stand a higher chance if we are 1st timer... I ballot for a BTO recently and got a number which is worse than my colleague who is a 2nd timer... |

Lalaland: l believe higher chances doesn't really mean you will definitely secure lower balloting number. |

Lalaland: Like what you have said, it just means chances. If not, 2nd timer do not even need to ballot at all.

Hi all...I have applied the 4 room under the balance flat sales..... Already failed 2 bto + 2 half yearly sales so hopefully can get a reasonable nos and settle down here. As I work near Joo Seng and my other half at kallang bahru...so the location is superb as we can save a lot of traveling time daily...

Version, If you are 1st timer + near parents then your chances of getting is high. Do let us know when u got it. =)
Anyway, if i get 500+ number and do not turn up at HDB, does it means i wasted my BTO chance? |

Any one knows what is the final number of applicants who apply for 4 room Whampoa/ Kallang for the Oct balance of Sales exercise??
I only know at 5 pm yesterday, it is 1160. But what is the final number? thanks

Just wondering why the applications received for kallang is so much lesser then other areas...Most of the area is 10x...20x or even 90x over applications. But why is kallang only 4x (4room)? Thought river vista will be another HOT place????? Anybody know the reason????

River vista has two banks of river at its side which link all the way to marina barrage. Marina Barrage is the largest water catchment in Singapore.
Water means Wealth. Some of the units there are facing directly to IR n Commercial hub in shenton way.

i think it is the traffic and single road. You need to walk a distance (5mins) to take the opposite bus.
As for the traffic, it will improve when the woodsville interchange is ready. |
