expected date of completion is 3rd quarter of 2012, taking more than 4 years to complete.

the last count on the progess is 26th floor, can they reach 38th floor by year end? seriously doubt so.

Are you positive ? collecting keys in a year time? You are getting us excited! but looking at the progress not to mentioned the external works, there are still internal work that need to be carry out as this is a premium flat that cover the wall tile for kitchen and bathroom accessories. And also complete with timber flooring for BR and ceramic flooring for the rest of the area. That's may be massive! considering the fact that they took more than 2 years to put the external "lego" pre-frab up....
