Ordered a Set Menu for 4 pax.

Water with lime and lemon slices to wash your hands after eating crabs.

Use these nut cracker to crack open crab pincers.

Braised Shark’s Fin with Crab Meat - feel like drinking runny glue…

Crispy Cereal Prawn - taste good! I meant the cereals - doesn’t taste oily and is fragrant. Prawns are fresh and you can eat its shell. But, I choose not to.

Ee Fu Noodles - Too much food. We tabao this back.

Crabs in lots of thick chilli sauce that has egg, crab roe, crab meat mixed in it - you can even tabao back to dip with baguette. Beware of cholestrol though

Verdict - Only Chilli Crab and Crispy Cereal Prawns are worth ordering.

Personally, my family didn't have a good impression of the service and food at this seafood restaurant.

Somewhat, we don't feel welcomed there and the food is not as good as Jumbo Seafood. However, the restaurant is crowded at night so they have their fans too.

no signboard has no VIP/membership cards.. i think it must a regular huge stream of customers, that's why it doesn't all these promotional gimmicks/great customer service to attract customers..

 

but hya they allow you to keep taking pictures while you are eating?

and pretty well taken... used the 'flower'? or 'food'?

this outlet is a ripe off... think everyone go there is tourist... damm expensive on things they charge by seasonal price...

Hi... Just to check with u.. what are the elements that u look for when going to No signboard seafood?

No Signboard Seafood is definitely not cheap. For better quality seafood yet at more affordable prices( dont mind the ambience), I would recommend Ming Kee at 556 Macpherson Road. :)

Overall experience in terms of service attitude, food quality (freshness, look and taste), value for money and ambience in that order.

Have you eaten at No Signboard before? What's your take on their food? :)

My family like the white pepper crab. Normally buy back n eat at home, but very expensive! 2kg medium size cost about $100.00!

wow! wonder why are king crabs so expensive? Would it be cheaper to steam one at home? :)

targeting corporate events and functions, i supposed?

Well for corporate events, I would still prefer Long Beach @ One Fullerton as we could customize the menu according to our budget. If we request for bigger crabs (eg. 1.2 Kg min), they could accede to our request easily. NSB is too mass market for us to customize, they will usually ask us to go with their pre-planned menus.

I see... Long Beach has another branch at my favourite spot... Tanglin Village! :D
