there's showroom at 126A...price ok, and giving quality craftmanship.....i can intro u lor

If i'm not wrong, you have received your keys by now? Can know which facing are the 2 of you? North or South? Just hope to see some photos if not, some experience of windiness from your experience so far. Thanks a bunch!

There are shops on the ground floor at the carpark block. Any idea if there is a coffeeshop or the types of retail shops. |

Hi, had completed the flooring...estimated 1st march to complete all renovation...will take pics after tat...will spend abt 35k on renovation....5k extra on the air con + powerpoint...room are quite small....so have to buy furniture carefully...mines at 127D...so can see the harbor....
The main pain in the neck is the dinning area...so i custom made the dinning table + chair...
LSK, heard from my mum that the coffee at blk 94 is going to shift over to kim tian...aunty rumours

Yup. I wrote to HDB 1x, face to face to the officer 3x, call them 2x....until the officer bay ta han ....haha
my previous owner from jurong let me put my barang barang...till CNY....so i need to double up on my renov...
Yes, they used M'sian worker....went to check the flooring....yesterday....1 word " LUV IT"
Will be doing the electrical layout, painting, window grill, false ceiling next week....
At the end of the day, it still comes down to communication...and do research in the library...
They dun know wat u want...U need to tell them...lot of stress....haha....
The renovator are just coodinator...u need to tell those hands-on worker (tao chiu) wat u want....

It looks like the coffeeshop at Blk 94 Henderson Rd will be shifting to a new one at Blk 127 Kim Tian Rd (multi-storey carpark). The new coffee shop is now under renovation and it looks like it is completing soon. We can then have our coffee and makan in the new premises soon.

A new coffeeshop at Blk 127 Kim Tian Road (MSCP) has opened for business. A 7-Eleven convenience store will be opening soon at Blk 126 Kim Tian Road (MSCP). More retail shops will be opening, too. |

Anyone has any idea what trades will be opening for the remaining shops at blk 126 Kim Tian Rd ? They have been vacant since the opening of the 7-Eleven store. Or have the HDB put up the shops for tenders ? TQ |
