for those who have signed the agreement of lease, have you been refunded the option fee that was paid on the day of flat selection? |

dukebluedevil: Mine is blk 55 but facing inwards so cant really comment....
My boyfriend current house face highway and PSA which should be rather noisy but once the windows are closed, not much sound.... If you are worried maybe can do sound proof window...
Didnt apply AHG and we were called up for appointment on 8th. Maybe those who apply for AHG takes a longer time to process I guess?
Tutu: Yes, they says it takes about 1 month to refund the $2K... |

Gotten my appointment to sign the lease on 23 Mar but gotta reschedule as busy with work... Anybody planning to park aside your CPF savings to avoid letting HDB wipe out everything at one go? |

for the signing of lease, you need to make the downpayment of 5% and stamp fee. if i am not wrong, they will deduct this amount from your cpf. if it isn't enough, you have to top up with cash. this downpayment is about 30k so it won't use up all your cpf. they will use up more from the cpf during the collection of key for the other downpayment of 5% please correct me if i'm wrong :x |
