Current residents at Blk 88, 89, 90, 91, 92 Zion Rd will be moving to the site in red. New blocks at Ganges Ave will be completed in 2011.
There will be 40-storey flats too!

This is a pretty good location. Conveniently located to matured estate's amenities and near vibrant city living. It's only at most 15min stroll to Tiong Bahru MRT station through flats at Beo Crescent. If you work at One George St office building, it's at most 30min walking, 15min cycling or 5min drive (if no traffic jam) :) |

Rendering of the replacement flats. Design reminds me of 99-year Meraprime condo next to Tiong Bahru Plaza. Uncannily identical!

This is a pretty good location. Think the prices here won't be cheap if they are going the DBSS route again. |

Wonder if the current Zion Rd site would be sold to private developers to build more hotels or private condos? |

Hi SERS,
Welcome to MyHomeTown.SG
There's no exact schedule. Thus, based on estimation. I believe it should be end 2011 for these Kim Tian Green residences.
Do continue to post here!

Heard Zion plot of land after SERS wld b use for hotel development. As u can see, opp Great World City has lotsa condo developments..also along Lower Delta Rd new condos (big n small) are undergg construction. Allgreen development has taken over the land beside Valley Point to build condo. |

This is an aerial view of the current affected flats (model).
Kim Seng Plaza has been acquired and demolished to make way for a condo.
Tribeca is currently under construction and has reached less than 10 floors.

Hi all, i am waiting for 5 rms around these area because our parent stay here, it seems that Kim Tian Green 5 rms had all taken up, so i am looking forward to this site. Seems very quiet in this thread. Funny is i can see this site is building alot faster than the Kim Tian Green! So i am very curious.
1) Any body has any idea are the 5 rms over at this site are all taken up by the en bloc too?
2) Does anyone has the floor plan?
Please share.
