Nothing's good. Give it a miss. The Tze Char stalls downstairs are reasonable. |

Try out the dessert stalls at the 2nd level. there are 2 stalls, one in the centre (newer stall) and another in a corner (operate by an old couple). I've been buying from one at the corner since young, cheap and good.
Also, used to have a night time only traditional cheng ting (hot one only) stall. I don't know if they are still around.
There is this old Rojak stall operate by an old uncle, now shifted to the coffee shop at the corner near the rubbish dump corner. That's the best rojak which my mum always crave for.
Noon time, try out Henry's chicken rice - 2nd level also. It's usually sold out by 3pm.

One of the few not to miss out would be the porridge stall , carrot cake & the you tiao stall all at 2nd floor.. If you're looking for something to drink after all that food, can head to the indian drink stall for teh tarik! The small coffeeshops just opposite the FC has some good stalls too. Indian Mutton soup or the stall that sells beehoon/chee cheong fun, mmm. |

SERS = Selective Enbloc Redevelopment... it means older flats are rebuilt at a new location nearby. It's very popular in these few years. New town has its advantages too. New facilities and all. :) |

They used to have a pig organ soup many many years ago, I think it's way before the upgrading. It's the BEST I've ever tasted. |

The old couple selling desserts didn't seems to age much, they still look the same since the last time I saw them which was 35 years ago. |
