Got Q No.201. I am 1st timer and 1st time apply.

HDB is telling this units will be ready for occupation only in 1st Qtr 2013?

Can anybody tell when exactly these units should be ready for occupation? You think this will get completed ahead of EAPD?

You see roof because some units are higher than other units. The studio apartments are not available at higher floors. And the higher floors are only service by certain lifts i believe. Not all the lifts can reach the high floors.

I am pretty amazed at the lightning speed at which Havelock View is constructed.

A year ago, it was sitting on an empty plot of land, and now it is already past 20 storeys

Yes its pretty fast. Just do not understand why even if its expected to complete by end of next year, we still need to wait for 1.5 yrs for the DPD in 2013. Anybody found out from HDB when selection?

You are from en-bloc or ballot batch? En-bloc residents will have the options to choose the floor tiles and doors but not for ballot ones. If I'm not wrong the officer told me there'll be no floor and wall tiles for ballot residents.
