I saw the Anson road / Enggor Street site beside the Icon under construction. Saw the words "Anson" on the partially completed display board. Guess that's the name of the new commercial development awarded last year to St James Power Station Pte Ltd.

Award of tender for commercial site at Anson Road / Enggor Street
The
Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the
commercial site at Anson Road / Enggor Street to St James Power Station
Pte Ltd. The company submitted the highest bid in the tender for the
site.
The tender was launched on 28 May 2007 and closed on 23 July 2007. The Land Parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease.
