Cool down...........There nothing HDB can do is keys are not handede over yet by CES. Anyway heard from other forumers tat HDB will start calling Residents of Blk A to C from today for the balloting results of these 3 blocks. So just wait and see loh and hope for the best

Does anybody have any idea when they will start sending out the letters?? E.g. 2 weeks before the date u collect keys etc??

Porsmouthkid - was just informed today tht A B C keys are still with CES. i think HDB is not pushing CES hard enough. what pisses me off is the half-frig (pardon my French) answers the case officers r giving cos they dunno how to answer.

I went to the pinnacle site on sunday and saw still a lot of construction still going on. Blk A lobby still require a large amount of work so chances r very low for BLk a residents to collect key by Dec. Think Jan is more a realistic target. I sold off my flat already and need to hand over latest by end March.Now praying hard tat we really can collect key by early jan. I took some photos of the developmeny of Blk A to C, if u wan to , i can post some for u to take a look

Agreed, also went there recently and noticed alot of work to be done with the exterior, even painting and the scaffoldings are not even taken off yet. i dunno who they kidding to say all can b done in Dec. think its their stupidity to have taken CES for the project

Heard tat too from other formers in other forum. They were told by bi OIC tat HDB will start calling ABC residents from today. So wait and see any Residents from tis 3 BLK did received any calls from HDB loh

Does this mean that slots from the first 50 have been reserved for residents?? and residents from Blk A to C stil have a chance to be among the first 50???

If it's not ready, they shouldn't give us false hope. Since someone mentioned we "might" be balloted, give them 2 more days to see if anything is done b4 we shoot our anger up.

Btw, is any of u having Ms Kua as the OIC? I called for 3 days and no reply leh...

see this is exactly what i was saying, these dumb officers give ppl answers varying like the rainbow colors. Today i was told tht A B C still not ready, keys not handed over by CES yet, so i shoot an email to my case officer asking her y bother asking all to ballot if half of the place isnt even ready yet. no reply.

I also did get CES no, but they decline to make any comments. anyone interested to try, let me know ill give u the number. the lady said we need to check w hdb, we cannot talk to public directly, den i ask her in tht case how come ur colleague gave ur number out (this is the site number btw) voluntarily... she cannot answer me.

I got the same OIC as u. Last communication wit her was about three weeks back. Think u also from Blk A rite??

Maybe some chosen ones will reject? So that'll free up some slots for others...

Dun think anyone will reject since tis is a once in a lifetime event. Think wont be a repeated key handing ceremony by MM lee om our life time. Coupled with those attending will be collecting their keys first so chances are almost zero.
