Hi folks,
Lately, there's a lot of performance issues like slow uploads, repeated posts etc. Suspect it is due to the Pinnacle thread being too long as shorter thread do not have this problem. Hence I've started a Part II to the existing 'the pinnacle@duxton thread created by hyacinthus in 2008. Appreciate if everyone can start posting here instead for improved performance ahead ...

I tried calling today, but cannot get through at all. Have dropped an email to ask when I can get my keys and when we can start visiting the p@d premises. Hopefully can get a reply soon.
Can some kind soul pls organise an 'open house' around mid-dec after they get their key so that we can go look see look see? If only I can get my keys on 14 or 15 Dec, then I'll organise 'group' tours .... @ $2 per pax.... :) |

glad to see all p@d residents and non-residents getting all excited about p@d finally starting to hand over keys... this is what MHT is all about when it started.. not a place for houseflies and green eyes.... :)
it's one of a kind project this p@d... dun think you'll see another such project from HDB any sooner... it's a long wait.. but from day 1 (2004 i think) HDB said the p@d will be completed by 31 Dec 2010 so it's way ahead of schedule... whether those 1st batch since 04 or latest batch by balloting.. can say the wait is finally over... it will be a good 2010 to start with the new house! |

let hope there is not so much defects that we need to get hdb to retify... if not... reno cannot begin at all.... I'll rather let them make it perfect rather than rush it |

Guess what NO RESIDENTS FROM BLOCK A B C WERE EVEN SUPPOSED TO B PART OF THE BALLOTING!! Our keys are still NOT handed over. |

Spoke to 2 different HDB personnel yesterday and both mentioned that the balloting for BLKs A, B, and C will only be done this Friday.
Nevertheless, with the amount of misinformation that is flowing out of HDB and within this forum, manage your expectations accordingly :)
