July 12 BTO is launched!
Choa Chu Kang - Keat Hong Axis
Punggol - Punggol Opal, Waterway Cascadia
Clementi - Clementi Gateway
Bukit Merah - Depot Heights, Telok Blangah Ridgeview
Geylang - GreenTops @ Sims Place

Anyway, some thoughts I have:
- If you are fine with staying at Choa Chu Kang, Keat Hong Axis is good. The price is reasonable and 3br and 4br looks good. It is convenient as well cause it is near to amenities like keat hong shopping centre and lot 1. Keat Hong has a garden which can BBQ as well!
- Since Punggol is getting the hit now, I wonder if most people should opt for EC or this BTO? Punggol BTO launch has a standard and premium flat. Waterway Cascadia (Premium Flat) has been oversuscribed, guess it is really attractive.

hi ahchingx, heard from friends who applied for bto that waterway cascadia and telok blangah ridgeview are the most popular ones. today is the last day for online bto application

ya I know waterway cascadia is very popular. but didn't know for telok blangah. I thought Clementi was pretty good also haha my friend was applying and wanted me to suggest which one would be good. hmmm...

Hi, I am new here. This is my second time applying BTO flat. I am first timer but the chances of it are very slim. Dont know how well the HDB balloting system really work.

Hi newbie. That is weird cause normally first timer percentage will be higher. Wonder how was the results of the bto for July?

from h88 Clementi Gateway has 4.6 application rate for 4 room. Waterway cascadia has 4.5 first timer rate for 5 rooms and 2.5 for 4 rooms.
