I really really don't understand. We are all working in the company for a living, why must those "evil" people make life difficult to kind people.

i'm of the viewpoint that in a wise organization, the good things u have done will get noticed by someone.

having said that, some people are just plain mean, inside or outside office

Some pple r jus there to make ur day feel bad... jus ignore them... try to do everything u can BY urself... dun depend on others /ask others to help u.

I had my fair share of backstabbers when I was new in my current job. Fortunately, I had the support of my boss who did not listen to those rumors. If not, I will not be where I am today. :)

me too in my previous unit. I didn't know till somebody else told me. I think it's good to be ignorant of such threats sometimes. At least, it didn't make me feel miserable :D

But in one of the previous work, my ex-woman-boss, pos wheat was not clean, especially if you were more intelligent or more beautiful she immediately threw you all the knives I could every day until you get tired and walk away or seeking the way that made you work fortunately, I had also another head-nearest woman, different a group of girls (including myself) to coat and sword ....
Well, before this happened when I was silently crying in my corner, but not now, everything I say what I think with so much respect is a high chief.
I have friends who have cried a lot with this, because it is not easy to talk ...... some are nervous and don't want to go back to work more.
Previous work in another .... my ex-boss-wife was a very friendly companion, most of the work of the friendly as delegated to the other companions while they were passing the conversation at the office of the ex-woman-boss, when finished talking, the companion complained the whole time I had a lot of work and who didn't slaughter, which face tough! Clearly I don't give any work of the companion, because it knew what she would say: IS NOT MY JOB on her face.
it is very difficult to find good working environment and much more good companions. those who have these two things ....... therefore, that good for you, do not know what they are privileged.
There are many people with "malice" in this world who take advantage of people who have heart healthy, I think it is important not passed this malice or not to be imitated people with other new colleagues.
a good friend said to me: in this life you can not go to waste love, in life one must know how Camper, fight or bullfighting jajaja
once someone told you that is the mobbing?
sometimes thought that these people have fallen into the "dark side" also should take things in their heads, maybe they aren't happy, they have no one at home when they arrive, discussed a lot with the couple are frustrated, unhappy .... ... something like
Maybe this is part of working life, one need only learn cope ..... not to harm you, or you become the "dark side".
sometimes people open up easily because .... are also healthy heart and not thinking "this person in front of me, is dark? I have learned to openly when it is a good friend, when I feel someone is not doing harm to others and which is relatively reliable , I also learned to:DO NOT RELY ON ANYONE AT WORK, DO NOT SPEAK FOR ANY COMPANION nothing wrong. .
this side of paradise girls are (also myself included) more twisted than boys, they usually do not realize what happens.
could have fallen into the dark side, have much more money and high office, but do not stand for long.

it would be good for them to do one about office politics, showing us how ugly human faces can be.
i wonder how good it feels to have actually thrown a knife at someone's back, you people watch the chinese show last evening at 7pm? About the office politics and the two gals fighting to be secretary for the boss of the company?

Wondering, if your boss is "evil" to the detriment of the organization, will you still work hard for him/her? Or just continue to do own stuff believing things will eventually be ok.

Must see how "evil" he or she is ? if for survive for ur department, is that count evil ?

Ya, i agreed with that. But sometime bad thing like as u to go or cut this or that, is mostly company ask ur boss to handle the dirty job.

I had a friend who just quit.

Inside there, people, esp the old timers are just killing time and waiting for retirement. They are complacent in their work.

And best of luck if you need to deal with civil serrvice in your work. Lots of red tape and nothing gets done. Exceptionally inefficient!

bad pple are every where, in from smile at you behind talk bad about u, when you caught them in the act den they all act friend friend with you. dun say civil service, in private service is also like that, alot pple also 打死不走, too many pple in their own comfort zone already. in front act as a kind soul at back put a few knife on u. there's no real frens in company one, everyone have to wear a mask... i hope you guys dun encounter the same environment that i have mention here..

Agreed in your statement surfuz. I one of those that will resign if i will to have a boss/manager/supervisor that is consider "evil".

colleague who are lazy and selfish... only think of himself and not others...

I've been in my current workplace for more than 10 yrs, s we need to work s indv, no 1 can b lazy. Only a few who always act blur & ask questions about procedures dat's been there for yrs. There's 1 that 1 really dislike is those KPO + with itchy hands. I've knew 1 who loved to touch ur personal items like handbag, h/phone or even read ur calendar.

TT!! you know who you are, you always 'steal' food from the pantry fridge, finished the milk & left the empty box there, throw your food waste into other pple's bin! You dun think we dun know, shame on u, cheapskate!

hermes - it normal to react like that. @ my side some 1 do such thing b4, so now whoever who need to leave their items in d fridge or @ the pantry MUST state d name. otherwise will b disposed...
