Think it is mostly common sense? But don't understand some of the fengshui artifacts like gold fish, mirrors, crystals and compass.

Maybe that's because it is easier to make adjustements to the arrangement of furniture before you move in, in case of times when Fengshui master wants so in order to improve the Fengshui of the house?

I haven't learn any Fengshui but I believe a good house should be chosen for a harmonious family. Be it health, wealth or studies.

heard pple mentioned that house located in Yang Di is better as compared to one located in Yin Di. It would depend on whether the land was used as burial ground prior to it being developed for residental purposes.

do you kow that in fengshui, for those land which used to be burial ground you need to expose the land to the sun for a numbers of yrs before the land can be use for other purposes including residential.

I only read up a bit.Do you know that HDB also has a standard procedure? Example for the land clearing from cemetry, the land will need to be expose for 5-10 yrs before the land can be consturcted to new property
