pretty and refreshing idea.

But, isn't flour and rice full of carbohydrates plus oil? Quite fattening isn't it?

1 hour preparation and cooking + few hours' workout? *faint*

hehe... nowsaday, I have to be careful what I eat. not much time to workout in gym.

had to multi-task like exercising and working at the same time... sometimes, I walk from office to City Hall to relax my tired mind.

Maggi mee prata was featured in one of the Ch 8 food programme. I was like .. wow.. maggi mee is already quite high in calories.. plus prata... omg....i think eating a serving of that would take up 2/3 of your entire day calorie consumption

ya.. a std packet of instant noodles contains a min of 450 calories... think it's cos they are fried first before being packed.

will the rice taste soft when you pan fry it this way? Or is it crispy and hard like biscuits?
