There is a movie called "Hachiko".. About a loyal dog... waiting for his master at the train station everyday even after his master has passed away. |

Another 3D movie coming soon. This time King Fu flick starring JAy Chou. Called the Legend. I want to watch. By the way yu can make 3D movies too if you have a lot of money. You can buy SOny 3D video camera.Right now it costs heaven and earth. Wait for it to come down. |

watched 14blades. Its pretty good, lots of fighting, but the Wu Zun's fighting is abit cannot make it. You know the kind where he throw out his weapon and the enemy die liao. So fake. The real deal is of cos Donnie Yen. The magical 14 blades is really interesting, duno if its a legend or a real thing though, but anyway its a nice show. :) |

lieb: you mean "True Legend" (Su Qi-Er) in Chinese.
Speed read the English subtitles and follow the fast action is a feat in itself, in 3D some more! |

lieb meant the The Legend by Jay Chow. It would be very comical to have Su Qi Er in 3D. Its set in ancient China... Jay Chow's movies to date does not seem well-received....hopefully tis is better? |

Watched "The Blind Side" which starred Sandra Bullock, Tim McGraw and Quinton Aaron (as Michael Oher). It is a very heartwarming true story
of how Michael Oher, a homeless African American youth, was unconditionally accepted by a well-to-do white family (Sandra's), and helped to realise
his potential both academically and in American football.
The movie is sports with drama, not draggy, but entertaining. Should watch with the kids to show them how some unfortunate youths live.
The great acting by Sandra Bullock is worthy of an Oscar.
flipper: Yes, good movie. I should have taken some bets, then I would have won too! Haha |

I like "Alice in Wonderland" for the wonderful display of colours - the props, Johnny Depp's make up :D We just watched "Book of Eli" on Saturday and it's so good that we want to watch it again! Will definitely get the DVD. |

Watched it, but not in the 3-D format. I enjoyed myself mainly because I could feel the child in me being entertained. It is after all a spin-off of a story we've all heard before when we were young. But if you were to watch it with the expectations of an adult, you might find it childish.
So moderate your expectations, and watch the 3-D format. You'll enjoy it.

Watch The Legend... feel quite boring... storyline like " Ye Wen" but less exciting. jay chou appearance very comical. 14 blades was much better.... "yue guang bao he" look not bad for a comedy.....yet to watch it. |
