i use eMule to download stuff... movies, dramas, magazine... u name it... it's a chinese site btw... but they have quite substantial stuff... for eg, all eps of Heros S1 & 2.

I use Apple iTunes for DVD like quality of TV shows. I download according to the network. I download programs one day after they are shown in the US. I like Big Brother.

I prefer to watch it on the big screen using Apple TV rather than watch a poor quality video on the internet.

You are right but I am privileged. Hahaha. You need to have a friend who has a US address. Then you can open an account using that address. I have an arrangement with my friend. So I can buy direct from the US iTunes Store. I am tryiing to come to similar arrangement with a friend in the UK so i can buy UK TV programmes.

Menu is standard. The menu at Vivo is really good. They have a greek dip set. They have a chinese tim sum set. And an Indian Madras Fish curry. The menu at Great world is more limited. Even the dessert and drink list is better in Vivo. I remember you can even order champagne or wine. That was a few years back. Dont remember if you can do it now. Probably still OK before the movie starts.

Yesterday nite I saw Lust, Caution, on iTunes because I missed it in the theatres. I loved it. I think it is a very good movie. I really like movies by Ang Lee. I dont understand why people complain abt the pace. The pace is just right to create tension and unfold character. Both Tony Leung and the Chinese actress were brilliant. SO was Joan Chen. The sex scenes were very well done and pretty realistic. Her nipples were taut but I didnt see his balls.

I wasnt exactly looking for the balls. But I was surprised by the chinese actress. Despite the fact that she did a Julia Roberts (ie. didnt shave under arm), she was a very good actress and an attractive one at that. She had that old shanghainese kind of poster girl look. It was a very daring role to do and she executed it with finesse.
