life is not just about making money you know. now you have to choose life over money.so if it's me I will find a resale HDB in a good location. Good for living. Also limited downside.Then accumulate your cash, and look for your next investment. HDB won't hold up much cash so you should be able to do that.

Thanks for sharing the useful tip, property investment are ways beneficial these days to rising cost of property. Though Singapore is the tourist attraction country, it is still affordable as compared to other countries. Hence investing in property would be a wise decision rather than just cribbing about it later when the prices will be out of our reach.

Resale flat is quite old, some even used for 30yrs and condition is not so good, pipes leaking and wall need repaint. Alot of lizards and cockroaches. Must also beware of previous owner whether got loan shark. Resale flat bound by hdb rules. If u buy those 35 to 40yrs flat high chance may get enbloc by government after another 10yrs. What happen is government take in your flat at cheap price and allocate u a bad locate maybe. U need to restart and repay your new flat loan again.

And $400K for a 30yrs old 4 rm hdb flat doesnt make sense to me. Might as well add some more cash and get a 2 bedrm
condo like riversound, flo, parc vera.

Interesting topic here.
Guess its all up to individual's plans and also ability.
My personal view is hold on to a HDB flat as it gives you the highest rental returns. And to own at least 2 private properties to add on to your profile. Well, that's just my personal view for property investment.

simi valley property management is good services provider in house ,hotel and halls.its provide such as many facility like swimming,gym and all other basic needs in one platform .it has many house and home to the best location in the usa .cost is nice .you can visit once then you will get how good is it.
