If comparing to 2nd batch of Pinnacle sales, most unit increase $6000.
Based on my record, there are some cancellation from 2nd batch and few from 1st batch.

yes subject to balloting.

as for ethnic quota, u will see the available slots for chinese, malay and indian respectively.

for example if chinese quota only 2, means out of all that is on offer, only 2 chinese family will get the flat eventually.

the prices aint cheap too.
