I am interested in the Floridian, but have read the following writeup and it seems to be not that flattering.
Anyone has a different opinion please?

Something not right about that review. On the line 5, its tenure shows Freehold whereas on the 2nd last paragraph, it mentioned leasehold. Checked on another website, and its FH.
Anyway, important thing is whether you like the development and its within your budget. |
