Those looking for good fengshui can actually consider getting a unit here, as there's alot of pools and water features.
Although shoebox sized, but the quantum is pretty affordable to most people.

Response to Parc Rosewood has been pretty overwhelming - launched 3 weeks ago and already close to 500 units sold out of the 689 units there.
It's about 20 minutes walk from Causeway Point by the road, but if you know how to cut through underneath the HDB flats and along the side of Si Ling Primary School, it's apparently less than 10 minutes walk.
There are something like 70+ pages of floor plans, but actually it all comes down to just a few basic layouts. Parc Rosewood condo has a low-rise environment with lots of water features - especially nice for those who don't like living in towers.
