Unit 27 pool view very solid, from 21 downwards almost all the way!!

From the charts seems still quite a lot of choices left for 1st timers..

One thing worried abt is the basement car park.. will it be flooded during heavy downpours like bukit timah condos? Hmm..
Hopes not!!

Loan packages headache, all looks similar but not sure which is the Best of the Best!!?

I'm stuck between Citi & Standard Chart.... :)
